What’s a Herd Leader?

Herd Leaders do just that ... they lead the Herd for their favorite area or cause. By sharing their passion for a favorite UNK cause, college, program or team, they encourage fellow Lopers to join the herd and make an impact during One Day for UNK.

It's easy!

1. Sign up to get your One Day for UNK giving link.
2. Share your link on social media and with your network.
3. Check out your progress here to see what you've earned!

1. What One Day for UNK area do you love most? Navigate to that area's website page and click on "Herd Leader" or sign up here and search for your area in the search bar. We're pretty serious about security around here, so you may need to enter a verification code.
2. You’ll receive a personalized giving link, and any gifts made through that link (including gifts that you make), will be credited to you. Share your link with family, friends, neighbors, etc., and post it on your social media channels. Get as many people as you can to make a gift and support your cause!
3. You'll be able to view your progress on the Herd Leader leaderboard. The contest is based on the number of individual donors who make gifts through your link, and you can click on "Donors next to "Amount Raised" to see who is in the lead.
4. Gifts can be made through your personal Herd Leader giving link Oct. 13 through noon on Nov. 13. Following One Day for UNK, you’ll receive the gifts you’ve earned by mail!
