The Impact of One Day for UNK 2023

One Day for UNK continues to be an amazing day for UNK! In its third year, this tradition allows Lopers from all over the world to come together to raise funds for students who are working to build a better future for themselves and their communities.

“One Day for UNK helped the university purchase a new mental health resource for UNK students called Togetherall. Togetherall is a peer-to-peer online support community that our students can access 24/7. Gifts made to the UNK Student Health Fund are actually helping save students’ lives because so many students are having significant thoughts of suicide and feeling alone.”

 “One Day for UNK supports our Loper Launch Enrichment Camps! The monetary support allowed us to purchase learning supplies and helped reduce the registration costs for students from low-income backgrounds.Thank you for allowing access to any children who want to come and learn on UNK’s campus!”

Finally, the hashtag #OneDayForUNK collected hundreds of photos, videos and messages from UNK supporters showing their school colors and expressing their pride in being a UNK Loper!
